Jessica Thaler has been a formidable presence in the legal field since 2006.

After personally navigating the complexities of the Family Court system, Jessica felt compelled to make the experience better and fairer for parents facing similar challenges. Leaving behind a successful career in corporate law, Jessica turned her focus to family law, where she began taking on cases within her personal network. Her firsthand experience with a narcissistic, abusive ex and the complications of dealing with issues like drugs and alcohol in the family system fueled her passion for justice and protection.

Encouraged by her initial clients, Jessica’s practice quickly grew. She curated a team that shares her deep belief in selflessly helping others with compassion and empathy, all while working analytically and challenging the status quo. Jessica's extensive training in neuropsychology, high-conflict dynamics, and personality disorders further strengthens her firm’s ability to provide nuanced and effective legal solutions.

In 2016, Jessica established her own law firm, fully committed to advocating for those in crisis. Her unwavering dedication to her clients is matched by her sharp legal acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities. Jessica is a passionate advocate who fiercely fights for the protection of her clients, ensuring that they are supported every step of the way. As a mother of five and having successfully blended her own family alongside her husband, James, Jessica brings both personal and professional insight to her practice. Jessica graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2003 where she received her Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Speech Communication. Jessica graduated from Hamline University, School of Law in 2006 with her Juris Doctorate. After graduating law school in Minnesota Jessica returned to Arizona where she practiced civil litigation and corporate law. Jessica moved to Texas and became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2015. Jessica is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association.

Jessica was the first member of her family to attend college. She graduated high school when she was 16 years old, she graduated college at the age of 19 and was the youngest graduate of Hamline Law’s history at the age of 23. Jessica was discriminated against as a child and was underprivileged. The imbalance she experienced as a child fueled her passion to pursue justice for others. Jessica fights for families as though they are her own. She is a protector and relentless litigator.

When Jessica is taking a break from her fierce cross examinations she enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and exploring the outdoors. She can be found hiking, chasing waterfalls and exploring caves. Jessica enjoys traveling and the simplicities in life like spending quality time with her family gardening or soaking up the sun. She can be found on the sidelines of her children’s sporting events cheering them on, cooking for her family or in the house of God worshiping the Lord.

Jessica brings a strong faith to her practice and is known for cultivating a rare, yet powerful, practice centered in Christ. Jessica is bold in her pursuit of the Lord and is a testament that “With God, all things are possible.” Matthew 19:16.
