Thaler Law Terms of Service – SMS Messaging
By opting into Thaler Law’s SMS program, you consent to receive text messages regarding your case updates, scheduling reminders, document requests, billing reminders, and other essential client service communications. These messages are designed to support and improve the client experience through timely and secure communication.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Thaler Law.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program, simply opt in again via the method you originally used (e.g., submitting a form, replying to a prompt, or signing an agreement authorizing communication). Once you re-opt-in, messages will resume.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
